When you join our pilot programme, you share whether you know someone who misses medication, who you primarily have in mind for MediBox, your name, phone number, and selected phone country. We also record when you joined and which privacy notice was shown. You do not need to identify anyone else.

Why we collect these details

We use your answers to understand interest in MediBox and arrange pilot testing, and your contact details to reach out with the next steps. Everyone interested can join the pilot programme. Joining does not create an account or commit you to purchasing anything. We do not ask for diagnoses, medication names, prescriptions, or another person’s contact details.

How we look after your details

Registrations are stored in our private database. Access is limited to the MediBox team and the hosting and database services needed to operate this pilot programme. We do not sell your contact details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep them

We keep your registration while we are arranging and recruiting for the pilot programme. We will delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose, or when you ask us to remove it, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your registration, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact the MediBox team through the channel where you found this pilot programme, or reply to any pilot invitation you receive.

Cookies and tracking

This pilot programme does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Your answers stay in the form while you move between questions and are sent to our server only when you submit the final step.
